“kevinmike33.jpg” is in fact George Rugg, shot by Bruce Bellas (Bruce of Hollywood) in 1973.
Most of the other Kevin Mike photos here were made by Bruce, except maybe “mike_kevin-6b96.jpg” (not sure), “mike_kevin-36.jpg”, “mike_kevin-6178.jpg”, and “new_image.jpg”…
